Notre gin rafraîchissant des Hébrides écossaises est élaboré à partir d’un mélange expert de Raasay et de plantes traditionnelles – baies de genièvre, racine de rhubarbe, écorce de citron, écorce d’orange, graines de coriandre, racine d’angélique, racine de réglisse, racine d’orris, poivre de cubèbe, et alcool de Raasay doublement distillé.
Le résultat : un gin botanique sec, rafraîchissant et citronné, avec un arrière-goût persistant qui résume le style, le caractère et l’impressionnante variété géologique de Raasay.
