We have released this for the past two years to much acclaim, so we are delighted to bring it back again. It is our classic and iconic Na Sia, six cask recipe – lightly peated with no dilution for maximum flavour impact.
As always, every drop is distilled, matured, bottled, and shipped on the Isle of Raasay by our small but mighty team.
Na Sia, meaning ‘The Six’ in Gaelic, is our carefully crafted six cask recipe which matures peated and unpeated spirit separately in three distinct oak types – Rye Whiskey, virgin Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine. Each of these distinctive cask types create real depth and complexity for The Draam, showcasing our renowned lightly peated style with rich, dark fruit flavours.

Like the superb balance contained. The peat is there but not overwhelming, the finish just right. Having previously bought ‘the Draam’ this seemed interesting and there seemed no premium for the cask strength after taking account the alcohol concentration.
