Our Six Cask Recipe

Na Sia, meaning ‘The Six’ in Gaelic, is our carefully crafted six cask recipe which matures peated and unpeated spirit separately in three distinct oak types – Rye Whiskey, virgin Chinkapin oak, and Bordeaux red wine. Each of these distinctive cask types create real depth and complexity for The Draam, showcasing our renowned lightly peated style with rich, dark fruit flavours.
